The food and wine selection is truly unique at Villa Quaranta: the building is owned by the Tommasi family, historic producers of great wines such as Amarone della Valpolicella. At the Borgo Antico restaurant you will enjoy an excellent wine list that perfectly matches the dishes offered: traditional recipes for fresh pasta lovers, selection of cured meats and cheeses produced in the authentic way; homemade compotes, jams and mustards, selected meats, local fruit and vegetables. There are many possible scenarios for a corporate Gala Dinner at Villa Quaranta. The frescoed halls of the 17th-century Villa, the more modern spaces of the Convention Centre, the greenery of the historic courtyard, and also the stallage facing the Villa. A qualified staff will assist you in every detail according to your needs.

BLINDFOLDED WINE TASTING SCHOOL
The aim is to assess a team’s attention, in particular how well they are able to collect and process information together and use it to achieve the task. The added value of this activity is that information can be gathered using 4 of the 5 senses: sight, taste, smell and touch.
• Minimum 20 people, Maximum 50 people
• Duration: 90 min – beginning at 5 p.m.
LUNCH/DINNER WITH BLIND TASTING
The experience begins with a guided tasting of 2 wines where the territory, the production techniques will be explained and the basic notions for wine tasting will be given.
Afterwards, the guests will take a seat at the lunch/dinner tables. Guests will be divided into teams: each table corresponds to a team.
The wines paired with the courses will have the label covered. Based on the knowledge previously acquired, the team will have to compile technical sheets with multiple choice questions for each wine served. At the end of the dinner, our wine expert will decide the winning team, who will be presented with a bottle of Amarone Tommasi.

LUNCH/DINNER WITH AMARONE TREASURE HUNT
The goal is to increase the sense of belonging in the company during the lunch/dinner through the use of several games. Five bottles of wine will be hidden in the restaurant, and for each meal the teams will have to find one.

Wine lovers, bike enthusiasts or simple travelers: this is the ideal tour to discover the Valpolicella territory and the vineyards on the rolling hills and taste the wines that have made it famous all over the world in a magical atmosphere.
